Freeport LNG Expansion, L.P. and FLNG Liquefaction, LLC Seek Long-Term Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries for 25 Years

Freeport LNG Expansion, L.P. and FLNG Liquefaction, LLC have submitted an application to the Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy for long-term authorization to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas to countries without a free trade agreement, with a proposed export volume of up to 1.4 billion cubic feet per day over a 25-year period.
