FERC Revises Form and Procedures for Small Power Production or Cogeneration Facility Certification
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has updated its regulations and procedures for certifying small power production or cogeneration facilities, following corrections to the final rule published in the Federal Register on March 30, 2010.
