Notice of Availability of Environmental Assessment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made the Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed construction of a new office building in downtown Washington D.C. available to the public. The EA was prepared by Ken Willis, a senior environmental specialist at the EPA, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
