U.S. Department of Energy Adopts New Rule for Weatherization Assistance Program

The U.S. Department of Energy has adopted new regulations for the Weatherization Assistance Program, requiring service providers to maintain the privacy of applicants and recipients of WAP funds, in line with the Freedom of Information Act.
