U.S. Department of Energy Grants Authority to Import and Export Natural Gas and Liquefied Natural Gas

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy has granted authority to import and export natural gas and liquefied natural gas during January 2012, as outlined in the attached appendix and available on the FE website.
