US Government Publishes 2015 Inflation Adjustment Factor and Reference Prices for Renewable and Coal Production Credits

The US government has released the 2015 inflation adjustment factor and reference prices for renewable electricity production and refined coal production credits, which are used to determine the availability of these credits under the Energy Policy Act of 2005. The credit period for Indian coal production has expired for calendar year 2015.
