Internal Revenue Service Cancels Public Hearing on Proposed Regulations for Adjusted Federal Rates

The IRS has cancelled a public hearing on proposed regulations that would adjust the applicable Federal rates for tax-exempt obligations and determine the long-term tax-exempt and adjusted Federal long-term rate, as required by section 1288 and section 382 of the Internal Revenue Code.
