FinCEN Issues Geographic Targeting Order for South Florida Check Cashers

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has issued a Geographic Targeting Order requiring check cashers in two South Florida counties to collect identifying information from individuals cashing over $1,000 in Federal tax refund checks, effective July 13, 2015.
