Temporary Regulations Issued for Multiemployer Plan Participant Vote on MPRA Suspension Benefits

The U.S. government has published temporary regulations regarding the administration of a vote by multiemployer plan participants on suspending benefits under the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014 (MPRA). These regulations are now open for public comment and will take effect once finalized.
