Unblocking of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons Pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act
The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published the names of two individuals whose assets have been unfrozen as a result of the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act), a law aimed at combating international narcotics trafficking.
