U.S. Department of the Treasury Publishes General License Related to Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Sanctions Program

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued a general license under the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin sanctions program, which will be published in the Federal Register.
