Internal Revenue Service Corrects Final Regulations on Tax-Exempt Bonds

The IRS has issued corrections to final regulations on allocation and accounting for tax-exempt bonds, which were published in the Federal Register on October 27, 2015, to address certain remedial actions under section 141 of the Internal Revenue Code.
