Multiemployer Pension Plan Application to Reduce Benefits; Reopening of Comment Period

The US Department of Treasury is reopening the comment period for a proposal to reduce pension benefits under the Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Plan, in accordance with the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014 (MPRA), following an initial notice published on October 23, 2015.
