REC Silicon LLC Receives Revised Determination on Reconsideration

REC Silicon LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Renewable Energy Corporation ASA, has received a revised determination on reconsideration regarding the wages of its workers, including on-site leased workers from Express Employment Professionals at Moses Lake, Washington, and workers from Nemo IT Solutions, Spherion Staffing LLC, and REC Advanced Silicon Materials at Silver Bow, Montana.
