Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act Regulations for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on its Office of Workers' Compensation Programs sponsored information collection request for the Regulations Governing the Administration of the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, which is due for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
