DOL Submits Information Collection Request for Employee Benefit Plans to Invest in Employer-issued Notes

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed rule allowing employee benefit plans to invest in customer notes issued by their employers, as part of an information collection request submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
