Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Health Standards in Underground Coal Mines for OMB Review

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request to update health standards for diesel particulate matter exposure in underground coal mines, as part of the Department of Labor's submission to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
