MSHA Delays Effective Date of Mine Safety Rule for Examinations of Working Places

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has proposed a delay in the effective date of its final rule on mine safety examinations, allowing mine operators and miners more time to receive training and compliance assistance before the rule takes effect on July 24, 2017.
