Agency Information Collection Activities; Announcement of OMB Approvals

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved certain data collections, as part of EBSA's efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which will help streamline their information gathering processes and reduce paperwork burdens on employers and employees.
