Proposed Exemptions From Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions

The Department of Labor has issued notices of proposed exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, affecting the Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda LLP Profit Sharing Plan, the Toledo Electrical Joint Apprenticeship & Training Fund, and two retirement savings plans for Health Management Associates, Inc. and Mooresville Retirement Savings Plan.
