US Department of Homeland Security Increases H-2B Visa Limit for Fiscal Year 2017
The US Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the US Secretary of Labor, has decided to increase the numerical limitation on H-2B nonimmigrant visas to 15,000 more through the end of Fiscal Year 2017, a one-time increase based on a time-limited statutory authority.
