Extension of Comment Period for Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act

The Department of Labor is extending the comment period for the proposed rulemaking on Tip Regulations Under the Fair Labor Standards Act until February 5, 2018, allowing interested parties more time to submit written comments.
