Department of Commerce to Amend Minority-Owned Business Enterprises Survey Records System

The Department of Commerce is issuing a notice of intent to amend the Minority-Owned Business Enterprises Survey Records system, which will change its name to Economic Survey Collection and make minor updates to its purpose, categories of records, and safeguards.
