Current List of HHS-Certified Laboratories and Instrumented Initial Testing Facilities

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has published a list of laboratories and Instrumented Initial Testing Facilities (IITFs) that meet the standards set by the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs, allowing them to conduct urine and oral fluid drug testing for federal agencies.
