US Department of Commerce Reaches Preliminary Negative Determination on Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Ferrovanadium from Russia

The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of vanadium pentoxide from Russia, converted into ferrovanadium in the US, do not circumvent an existing antidumping duty order on ferrovanadium from Russia, according to a preliminary ruling made on May 2, 2011.
