Eurodif S.A. and AREVA NP Inc. Seek Extension of Low Enriched Uranium Re-Exportation Deadline

The US Department of Commerce has initiated a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on low enriched uranium from France, and has preliminarily determined that it is appropriate to extend the deadline for AREVA to re-export one entry of LEU by 18 months.
