BIS Updates Export Administration Regulations to Reflect Continued Emergency Declarations

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has updated the legal authority citations for the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to reflect the continuation of national emergencies declared in Executive Orders 12947 and 13224, which were last updated in 2012 and 2011, respectively.
