FDA Announces Final Guidance on Genotoxicity Testing for Veterinary Drug Residues

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a final guidance document (GFI #116) outlining the requirements for genotoxicity testing of veterinary drug residues in human food, developed in collaboration with the International Cooperation on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Veterinary Medicinal Products (VICH).
