ACF and CB Announce Intent to Award $1 Million Contract to Spaulding for Children for NTDC Program

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and the Children's Bureau (CB) plan to award a single-source cooperative agreement to Spaulding for Children in Southfield, Michigan, to continue implementing and disseminating the National Training and Development Curriculum for Foster/Adoptive Parents (NTDC), a training program aimed at preparing foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers to effectively parent children and promote healthy child development.
