U.S. Navy Seeks Incidental Harassment Authorization for Marine Mammal Research Activities

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is soliciting public comments on a proposal by the U.S. Navy to incidentally harass marine mammals during research, development, and testing activities at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division.
