US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Shipments of Japanese Seamless Pipes

The US Department of Commerce has found that four Japanese companies, JFE Steel Corporation, Nippon Steel Corporation, NKK Tubes, and Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd., did not export the specified pipes to the US during the specified period. Interested parties can now comment on the preliminary results.
