U.S. Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duties on Sodium Hexametaphosphate from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce is conducting its second review of the antidumping duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate from China, and has found that Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co., Ltd. sold the product below its normal value during the review period. Interested parties can comment on the preliminary results.
