NTIA Seeks Comments on Spectrum Sharing Innovation Test-Bed Pilot Program

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) is seeking public comment on the types and depth of testing for Phase II/III of the Spectrum Sharing Innovation Test-Bed pilot program, which aims to assess the feasibility of sharing frequency spectrum with land mobile radio systems using Dynamic Spectrum Access techniques.
