NMFS Announces Public Hearings for Proposed Amendment to Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is holding public hearings in several locations to gather public comment on a proposed rule modifying regulations for the U.S. Caribbean small-scale highly migratory species fisheries, with comments due by June 14, 2012.
