US Department of Commerce Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Alignment of Final Countervailing Duty Determination With Final Antidumping Duty Determination on Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe From India

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that Indian producers of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe are receiving subsidies, and will investigate further. The preliminary determination is part of a larger investigation into antidumping and countervailing duties on Indian steel pipe exports.
