NYSE Arca Extends Implementation Date for Order Audit Trail System Rules

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to extend the implementation date of the NYSE Arca Equities Rule 7400 Series and the Order Audit Trail System Rules for non-FINRA equity trading permit holders to March 31, 2012.
