SEC Adopts Amendment to Rule 146 for BATS Exchange, Inc. Securities

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting an amendment to Rule 146 under the Securities Act of 1933 to designate certain securities listed on BATS Exchange, Inc. as covered securities, exempting them from state law registration requirements.
