DoD Proposes Update to DFARS Appendix F for Electronic Material Inspection and Receiving Report

The Department of Defense (DoD) is issuing a proposed rule to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Appendix F, to incorporate procedures for using the electronic Wide Area Workflow Receiving Report in lieu of the DD Form 250, which is currently used mostly on an exception basis.
