Notice of Intent to Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Sunset Area Community, City of Renton, WA

The City of Renton, WA, is planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the redevelopment of the Sunset Terrace public housing community and neighborhood revitalization, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). The public and interested agencies are invited to comment on the scope of the EIS.
