ODNI Exempts 14 New Systems of Records from Privacy Act Subsections

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has issued a final rule exempting 14 new systems of records from certain sections of the Privacy Act, allowing for exemptions on a case-by-case basis to protect national security functions.
