DoD Proposes Amendments to DFARS to Update Patent, Data, and Copyrights Regulations

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to remove outdated and unnecessary text, streamline coverage for computer software and technical data, and relocate non-regulatory information to a companion resource.
