US Marine Corps Upgrades Utilities Infrastructure at Camp Pendleton, CA

The US Department of the Navy has made a decision to upgrade and improve the utility systems at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, following a review of environmental impact and base operations, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
