DoD Proposes Updates to FOIA Program Policies and Procedures

The Department of Defense is updating its policies and procedures to align with the Department of Defense Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program, as mandated by Executive Order 13392, to ensure consistent and appropriate disclosure of information.
