Interim Change to the Military Freight Traffic Unified Rules Publication (MFTURP) No. 1

The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) is issuing a notice that it will release an interim update to the MFTURP No. 1 on October 1, 2010, which includes a new requirement for reporting Rail In-Transit Visibility (Rail ITV) data.
