HUD Publishes Final FY 2011 Fair Market Rents for Housing Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published the final Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for Fiscal Year 2011 for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program. The FMRs are based on 2000 Census data updated with more current survey data and reflect the estimated 40th and 50th percentile rent levels trended to April 1, 2011.
