MCC Publishes Compact with the Republic of the Philippines
The Millennium Challenge Corporation has published a summary and the complete text of the Millennium Challenge Compact between the US and the Philippines, signed on September 23, 2010, in accordance with the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003.
