Comment Request for Review of Revised Information Collection for Civil Service Retirement System

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a revised information collection, 'Application for Refund of Retirement Deductions, Civil Service Retirement System', which is used to support the payment of retirement funds. The OPM estimates that approximately 3,741 forms are completed annually, taking about an hour to complete, and 3,389 forms are processed annually, taking about 15 minutes to complete.
