Request for Comments on FERS Application Form

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public comments on an existing information collection, the Application for Deferred or Postponed Retirement: Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) form (OMB Control No. 3206-0190; Form RI 92-19), which is used by separated federal employees to apply for retirement benefits. The OPM invites comments on the necessity and practical utility of the form, as well as ways to minimize the burden on respondents.
