Office of Personnel Management Requests Comments on Revised Information Collection Form RI 38-45

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking public comments on a revised information collection form, Form RI 38-45, used by the Civil Service Retirement System and the Federal Employee Retirement System to identify individual records and report payments to the Internal Revenue Service, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
