Comment Request for Review of Revised Information Collection for Federal Employees Health Benefits Open Season Express IVR System

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is requesting review of a revised information collection for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Open Season Express Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System, which collects data from retirees and survivors for changing health benefits enrollments and other purposes. Comments are invited on the necessity and practical utility of this collection.
